Director's dealing
The Board of IPSO announces that it was informed yesterday that The Invention Company Limited ("The Invention Company") sold on 17 April 2012, in an off-market transaction, 400,000 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 2.875 pence per Ordinary Share. The Invention Company is wholly owned by Craig Rochford (Executive Chairman of IPSO). The shares are being sold to enable The Invention Company to meet certain of its tax liabilities.
Following the sale of shares The Invention Company holds 633,043 Ordinary Shares in IPSO representing 1.6% of the issued share capital of the Company.
Following the sale of shares the beneficial interest of Craig Rochford is, in aggregate, 2,558,043 Ordinary Shares representing 6.5% of the issued share capital of the Company.
