Board Change

The board of Plutus (AIM:PLR) announces that Nicholas Lee has resigned as a non-executive director of the Company with immediate effect due to increasing other work commitments.

The board of Plutus has commenced the search for a replacement non-executive director and a further announcement will be made in due course.
