Board update

 

Further to the announcement released by the Company on 21 October 2019, the Board of Plutus announces that Paul Lazarevic is no longer a director of Plutus Powergen plc as of 29 October 2019.

 

The Board of Plutus confirms that on 29 October 2019 Mr Lazarevic's service contract and consultancy agreement were terminated by the Company with immediate effect.

 

The Board are currently in discussions with prospective executive and non-executive directors to strengthen the board and will make further announcements in due course.
