Following the appointment of Ben Wilkinson to the Board of President Petroleum on 14 February 2011, the Company hereby notifies that in accordance with AIM Rule 17, Ben is the beneficial holder of 40,000 ordinary shares in the Company. These shares are held through, and are included in, the holding of Levine Capital Management Limited.
