Fund Termination
Polar Capital Holdings plc ("Polar Capital" or the "Group"), the specialist active asset management group, confirms that the Directors of the UK Absolute Equity Fund (the "Fund"), managed by Polar Capital, have decided to terminate the Fund with effect from 15 May 2020. The termination of the Fund is immaterial to the core profitability of the Group.
The Group can confirm that the action has no impact on the management of any other Polar fund.
