Polar Capital Holdings plc ("Polar Capital" or the "Company")
Notification of Transactions by Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities (PDMRs)/Persons Closely Associated (PCAs)
The Company was notified on 1 May 2019 that Mr Iain Evans, Global Head of Distribution and a PDMR, exercised 250,000 share options under the Company's 2007 Equity Inventive Plan (the "Plan"). The Company has issued 56,976 ordinary shares of 2.5p each ("Ordinary Shares") in full satisfaction of the option exercise, of which 26,779 Ordinary Shares were then sold at the market price of 577p per Ordinary Share.
