Polar Capital Holdings plc ("Polar Capital" or the "Company")
Notification of Transactions by Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities (PDMRs)/Persons Closely Associated (PCAs)
The Company was notified on 28 January 2019 that Mr John Mansell, Executive Director, exercised 500,000 share options under the Company's 2007 Equity Inventive Plan (the "Plan"). This was an exercise of share options granted to Mr Mansell in January 2010, which would have lapsed on 22 January 2020.
The Company has issued 398,783 ordinary shares of 2.5p each ("Ordinary Shares") in full satisfaction of the option exercise, all of which were then sold at the market price of 452p per Ordinary Share.
Following this transaction Mr Mansell continues to hold an interest in the Company's shares and share options as follows:
