Director - Transfer of Shares
Polar Capital announces that it received notification on 30 March 2010 from Brian Ashford-Russell, a non-executive director of the Company, that on 30 March 2010 he transferred 500,000 ordinary shares of 2.5p each in the Company from his own name into a joint account with his wife.
Following this transfer, Mr Ashford-Russell's beneficial interest in the Company remains 10,000,000 ordinary shares of 2.5p each, representing approximately 13.6% of the Company's issued share capital.
