Polar Capital announces the grant of a conditional share award over ordinary shares of 2.5 pence each in Polar Capital Holdings PLC ("Award") on 26 September 2025 to Iain Evans as Chief Executive of the Company in accordance with the rules of the 2016 Executive Incentive Plan.
