Director's Share Dealings

Polo Resources Limited (AIM and TSX: POL) was notified on 19 August 2010 that Guy Elliott, Senior Non-Executive Director of the Company, purchased on the same day 5,000,000 Ordinary Shares of the Company at a price of 3.58 pence per share.

Polo was further notified that Mr Elliott purchased on the same day 2,450,005 Ordinary Shares of the Company at a price of 3.5 pence per share.

Following the purchases, Mr Elliott is interested in a total of 7,450,005 Ordinary Shares of no par value, representing approximately 0.31 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
