Danny Sun, Non-executive Director, aged 44. Mr. Sun has extensive experience in international trade and natural resourceinvestment. He brings a wealth of experience in negotiating business agreementsbetween Chinese government agencies, overseas companies and business groups inChina. Mr. Sun has more than 25 years of experience in the management ofvarious self-owned and state-owned companies in a number of sectors such asmining, technology, futures and the environment. He founded and was chairman ofAsia Intercept Mining Group, Zhong Jun Jia Hua Investment Group and China GoldInvestment Co. Ltd. Mr. Sun was founder and a director of Guangdong UnionFutures Exchange and he was a general manager of Shenzhen Hui Guang IndustryDevelopment Co. Ltd in early 1990s. Mr. Sun hold bachelor degrees in communication and a master degree in ManagementBusiness Administration.. Danny Sun does not currently hold any ordinary shares in the issued sharecapital of Polo Resources. Save as set out in the Appendix, there are no further details in relation to theabove appointments which require disclosure under paragraph (g) of Schedule 2 tothe AIM Rules.
