Update regarding AGM and shareholder vote
The Company held its 2018 annual general meeting at 11 am (UK time) this morning at the offices of Buchanan, 107 Cheapside, London EC2V 6DN (the "AGM").
Pursuant to article 62.1 of the Company's articles of association, voting on all resolutions at the AGM occurred by way of a poll. All votes cast on the resolutions proposed at the AGM are currently in the process of being counted and checked by the Company's registrars.
A preliminary assessment of the votes cast indicates that it is likely that Dr Pavel Maslovskiy, Sir Roderic Lyne and Mr Robert Jenkins will be appointed as directors of the Company, and that Mr Adrian Coates, Mr Roman Deniskin, Mr Bruce M. Buck, Mr Garrett Soden and Mr Ian Ashby will not be re-appointed as directors of the Company.
The final result of the votes will be announced in due course.
