In conformity with the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules (DTR 5.6.1 R) Petropavlovsk PLC ('Petropavlovsk' or the 'Company') is required to notify the market of the following:

As at 2 November 2017, the issued share capital of Petropavlovsk consisted of 3,303,768,532 ordinary shares, with a nominal value of 1 pence each. Petropavlovsk does not hold any ordinary shares in Treasury. The total number of voting rights in Petropavlovsk is 3,303,768,532 ordinary shares.
