A copy of the Resolution passed at the General Meeting has been submitted tothe Financial Conduct Authority via the National Storage Mechanism and willshortly be available for inspection at www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM and on theCompany's website www.pantherplc.com. In connection with the application of the Ordinary Shares to be admitted totrading on AIM, on 25 November 2013 the Company submitted to AIM apre-admission announcement in accordance with Rule 2 of the AIM Rules forCompanies and published on its website a document containing all informationthat will be required to be included in an AIM Admission Document which is notcurrently public.
