Pursuant to Listing Rule 9.6.14, the Company announces that Paul Boote (the Group Finance Director of the Company), Neil Cooper (non-executive director of the Company) and Iain Evans (non-executive director of the Company) were appointed as directors of Bristol Water Holdings UK Limited and its subsidiaries, including Bristol Water plc, (together the Bristol Water Group), and the other companies in the Bristol Water Group with effect from 3 June 2021.
