Total Voting Rights
In accordance with the Financial Services Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules (the "Rules"), Penna makes the following announcement.
The Company's issued share capital consists of 26,075,104 ordinary shares with a nominal value of 5p each and one voting right per share ('Ordinary Shares'). Of these, Penna holds 243,049 Ordinary Shares in Treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 25,832,055 (the "Figure"). The Figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Rules.
