Panmure Gordon & Co. plc27 April 2006 PANMURE GORDON & CO. PLC Application has been made to the Alternative Investment Market of the LondonStock Exchange ("AIM") for a Block Listing of 2,200,000 ordinary shares of 4peach. These shares, ranking pari passu in all respects with the existing ordinaryshares in issue, will be allotted pursuant to the exercise of options under therules of the following schemes: Panmure Gordon & Co. plc 2002 Unapproved Share Option Plan - 2,000,000 shares; Panmure Gordon & Co. plc 2002 Approved Share Option Plan - 200,000 shares. The shares will not be allotted immediately but as and when required inaccordance with the scheme rules. It is expected that the shares will be admitted to trading on 28 April 2006.
