Directors' ShareholdingΒ The Company has been notified thatΒ Lawrence Bryan, Chief Executive, bought on 12 January 2009,Β 2,000 ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") representing approximately 0.02 per cent. of the voting rights in the Company's ordinary share capital at a price of 115p per share.Β
