Executive Board Change

16 December 2020

Further to the Company's announcement on 6 October 2020, Premier today confirms that Tony Durrant has stepped down from the Board of Directors with effect from 16 December 2020. Tony will remain Chief Executive of Premier until 31 December 2020.

As also previously announced, Richard Rose will be the Interim Chief Executive from 1 January 2021 until completion of the proposed merger with Chrysaor, in addition to his current role as Finance Director. Stuart Wheaton, currently Chief Operating Officer, will assume the role of Interim Deputy Chief Executive from 1 January 2021 until completion of the Transaction.
