Block Listing Application

Premier announces that a block listing application has been made for 5,000,000 Ordinary Shares of 12.5p each in the Company to be admitted to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to trading on the London Stock Exchange.

These shares will be issued from time to time in order to satisfy the requirement to allot shares under the Company's Savings Related Share Option Scheme 2009.

It is expected that admission will become effective on 29 May 2019. Once issued, the shares will be credited as fully paid and will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing issued Ordinary Shares of the Company.
