Director / PDMR shareholdings

Parkmead announces that it has today been notified of the following transactions in the Company's shares undertaken by certain directors of the Company on Friday 19 June 2009. 

Mr. Colin Goodall, Non-Executive Chairman, acquired 10,000,000 of the Company's ordinary shares at a price of 1.00 pence per share through a company controlled by the Burlane Trust, a family trust in which Mr. Goodall has an interest. Following this purchase, Colin Goodall has an interest in  12,000,000 of the Company's ordinary shares, representing approximately 3.26 per cent of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.

Mr. Niall Doran, Chief Executive Officer, acquired 2,006,061 of the Company's ordinary shares at a price of 1.00 pence per share. Following this purchase, Niall Doran holds 35,491,677 of the Company's ordinary shares, representing approximately 9.64 per cent of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.

Mr. Thomas Cross, Non-Executive Director, acquired 10,000,000 of the Company's ordinary shares at a price of 1.00 pence per share. Following this purchase, Thomas Cross holds 14,000,000 of the Company's ordinary shares, representing approximately 3.80 per cent of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
