Report & Accounts for the 12 months ended 30 June 2008
The Company announces that it has today posted its Report and Accounts for the 12 months ended 30 June 2008 (the "Accounts") to the Company's shareholders. Copies of the Accounts will be available from the Company's registered office and will also be available to download from the Company's website www.parkmeadgroup.com
The Board highlights that the deferred consideration payable with respect to the disposal of Quayside Corporate Services Limited, announced on 8 November 2007, is due on or before 8 November 2012, and not 8 November 2008 as previously disclosed. Details can be found in Notes 25 "Discontinued Operations" and Note 29 (c) "Transactions with Related Parties" of the Accounts referred to above.
