Director/PDMR Dealing and Total Voting Rights
Plus500, a global multi-asset fintech group operating proprietary technology-based trading platforms, announces that today it has issued 6,417 ordinary shares of NIS 0.01 ("Ordinary Shares") out of the Ordinary Shares held in treasury, in accordance with resolution 5 and in line with the structure of his FY 2025 remuneration, as approved by shareholders at the Company's 2026 AGM.
The number of Ordinary Shares allotted is calculated based on the price for the Ordinary Shares on 1 January 2026, which was 3,630 pence per share. Following the issue of 6,417 Ordinary Shares on 5 May 2026, the number of Ordinary Shares in issue on 5 May 2026 will be 69,717,901 (excluding treasury shares), and the Company will hold 45,170,476 Ordinary Shares in treasury. Therefore, the total voting rights in Plus500 will be 69,717,901. This figure for the total number of voting rights may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
