Notification of Transaction by Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities

Pursuant to the notification obligations under Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.4R, the Company hereby notifies the following change in the interests of directors and persons discharging managerial responsibility ("PDMRs") in Ordinary Shares of £0.001 each in the Company ("Shares") on 26 April 2016.

Deferred Share Bonus Plan (DSBP)

On 26 April 2016, an award under the Company's DSBP was granted over Shares as set out in the table below. The award was made in the form of a nil-cost option which is exercisable for 10 years from the date of grant, unless the exercise period is shortened in accordance with the DSBP rules.
