Plethora Solutions Holdings plc (AIM: PLE, 'Plethora', 'The Company'), the UK-based speciality pharmaceutical company, was notified today that following recent purchases, Helium Special Situations Fund now holds 4,936,298 ordinary shares in Plethora, representing 11.1% of the issued ordinary share capital.
The Company has also been notified that Invesco English & International Trust no longer has a notifiable interest in Plethora.
