Director Shareholding

Plethora Solutions Holdings PLC (AIM: PLE) was notified on 26 October 2015 that on 1st and 2nd April 2015 the administrator of ARBB AG ("ARBB"), a company that is in voluntary liquidation, autonomously disposed of 600,000 ordinary shares in aggregate in the Company at a price of 3.8 pence per share to meet its liquidation costs.

ARBB is 40.91 per cent. owned by Burnbrae Ltd which is 100% beneficially owned by Jim Mellon.

Following this disposal ARBB holds 1,600,000 shares in Plethora representing 0.19% of the Company. Jim Mellon's resultant holding, including those held through Regent Pacific Group Limited, is 243,758,261 ordinary shares representing 29.61% of the Company.
