Plethora Solutions Holdings PLC01 March 2007 DIRECTORATE CHANGE Bill Robinson Appointed as Non-Executive Director Plethora Solutions Holdings PLC ("Plethora" or the "Company", AIM: PLE), thespecialist developer of products for the treatment of urological disorders ispleased to announce the appointment of William (Bill) John Robinson, 59, as aNon-Executive Director with effect from March 1st. He is currently ExecutiveVice President of Global Operations for UCB, a leading global biopharmaceuticalcompany, where he is responsible for all of UCB's global commercial and medicalaffairs. He is also currently a Non-Executive Director of Sciele Pharma Inc., ofAtlanta, Georgia USA. Before joining UCB in 2005, Bill spent 28 years with Eli Lilly in a variety ofsenior executive roles including VP Sales and Marketing based in Indianapolisand regional management in Europe, Asia Pacific and Middle East. Prior tojoining Eli Lilly he worked for Bourroughs Wellcome and Servier, both based inthe UK.
