Annual Report and AGM Notice
Plethora Solutions Holdings PLC ("Plethora", AIM : PLE), the specialist developer of products for the treatment and management of urological disorders, is pleased to announce that its annual report and accounts for the year ended 31 December 2007 has now been posted to shareholders along with the AGM notice (including Explanatory Notes and Form of Proxy). The AGM will be held at 1 pm on 23 June 2008.
