APPOINTMENT OF AUDITOR
Plaza Centers N.V. ("Plaza" or the "Company") announces that, following the conclusion of a formal tender process led by the Company's Audit Committee, the Board of the Company has approved the appointment of Kost Forer Gabbay & Kasierer, the largest accounting firm in Israel and a member of Ernst & Young Global, as its new IFRS auditor.
