Director's Dealing

C J Yates, a director of the Company, advised the Company on 6 September 2013 that he purchased, through his SIPP, 4,840,656 ordinary shares of £0.001 each in the Company on 23 August 2013. Following the acquisition Mr Yates is beneficially interested in 6,766,819 ordinary shares, representing 0.29% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.

The Company's issued ordinary share capital consists of 2,321,659,864 ordinary shares. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change of their interest in Pires under the Transparency (Directive 2004/109/EC) Regulation 2007 and the Rules of the UK Financial Conduct Authority.
