13 May 2015 PipeHawk plc ("PipeHawk" or the "Company") Director Holding The Company announces that it was informed today that Randal MacDonnell,Non-executive Director of the Company, has sold 100,000 ordinary shares of 1peach ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company. Mr MacDonnell is now beneficiallyinterested in 931,436 Ordinary Shares, equal to 2.82% of the issue sharecapital, of which 844,216 Ordinary Shares are held in his personal capacity,and 87,220 are held by his wife.
