Second Dividend Timetable

2 March 2023

Today, the Board of Pantheon Infrastructure Plc (the "Company"), the listed global infrastructure fund, announced in its full year results that it has declared the second interim dividend of 1 penny per Ordinary Share, for the period ended 31 December 2022 (the "Second Dividend"). 

The Second Dividend will be paid on 31 March 2023 to Ordinary Shareholders on the register at the close of business on 10 March 2023 (being the record date for these purposes). The Ordinary Shares will be marked ex-dividend on 9 March 2023.

The Company has met its target to pay an aggregate dividend of at least 2 pence per Ordinary Share in its first financial year ending 31 December 2022 and is targeting an aggregate dividend of at least 4 pence per Ordinary Share for the financial year ending 31 December 2023 and, thereafter, a progressive dividend.
