PANTHEON INTERNATIONAL PARTICIPATIONS PLC(the "Company") Transaction in own Shares The Company announces that on 27 May 2014 it purchased in the market 25,000ordinary shares of 67p each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 1,112 pence pershare for cancellation. Following this transaction, there are 33,532,013 Ordinary Shares and 32,772,534Redeemable Shares in issue, none of which are held in treasury. In total, since the Company started buying back shares in August 2011 it hasacquired, for investment purposes, 3,989,000 ordinary shares and 5,201,000redeemable shares, representing approximately 12.2% of the shares thenoutstanding.
