In conformity with the provisions of the Financial Services Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the Company notifies the market of the following:
Following the repurchase today of 30,000 ordinary shares of 67p each ("Ordinary Shares") for cancellation and 30,000 redeemable shares of 1p each ("Redeemable Shares") for cancellation, the Company's issued share capital consists of 36,196,013 Ordinary Shares with equal voting rights and 34,713,534 redeemable shares of 1p each without voting rights.
The total number of voting rights in the Company is 36,196,013 and this figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they should determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or change to their interest in, the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
