In conformity with the provisions of the Financial Conduct Authority'sDisclosure and Transparency Rules, the Company notifies the market of thefollowing:
Following the repurchase on 30 May 2013 of 75,000 ordinary shares of 67p each("Ordinary Shares") for cancellation, the Company's issued share capitalconsists of 34,744,013 Ordinary Shares with equal voting rights and 33,312,534redeemable shares of 1p each without voting rights.
The total number of voting rights in the Company is 34,744,013 and this figuremay be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by whichthey should determine if they are required to notify their interest in, orchange to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure andTransparency Rules.
