In conformity with the provisions of the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the Company notifies the market of the following:
Following the repurchase on 27 April 2015 of 100,000 Ordinary Shares of 67p each ("Ordinary Shares"), the Company's issued share capital consists of 33,162,013 Ordinary Shares with equal voting rights and 32,322,534 Redeemable Shares of 1p each without voting rights.
The total number of voting rights in the Company is 33,162,013 and this figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they should determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
