7 July 2017- Produce Investments plc (AIM: PIL), a leading operator in the fresh potato and daffodil sectors, discloses that Robert Johnston, Non-Executive Director of the Group, on Friday 7 July 2017, purchased 10,000 Ordinary Shares in the Group at a price of 182.50p per share.

Following the purchase, Mr Johnston has a personal interest of 30,000 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.11% of the Company's issued share capital.

Mr Johnston is the principal representative of the Jerry Zucker Revocable Trust, the largest shareholder in the Company, owning 6,897,136 shares, representing c. 25.4% of the Company's issued share capital.

Following the purchase the Jerry Zucker Revocable Trust and Robert Johnston, will in aggregate hold 6,907,136 shares, representing approximately c.25.5% of the Company's issued share capital.
