Blocklisting application

Produce Investments Plc announces that application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the blocklisting of 1,500,000 ordinary shares of 1 penny each ("New Ordinary Shares").

The New Ordinary Shares will be issued from time to time pursuant to the exercise of employee share options under the Produce Investments Plc Company Share Option Plan.

On exercise these shares will be issued credited as fully paid and will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares in issue. It is expected that the blocklisting will become effective on 18 March 2011.
