Grant of options

Eclectic announces that it was informed on 8 April 2016 that Mr John Smith, Chief Financial Officer of the Company, transferred 830,000 ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to his SIPP (the "Transfer"). The Transfer was made by way of a sale at a price of 55 pence per Ordinary Share and purchase at a price of 55 pence per Ordinary Share. Following the Transfer, Mr Smith's beneficial interest in the Company remains unchanged at 1,253,719 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 7.7% of the existing issued share capital in the Company.

The Company also announces that it has today granted options over an aggregate of 293,417 Ordinary Shares, 25% of which are exercisable each year commencing 30 June 2016 at an exercise price of 55 pence, to certain existing employees of the Company (excluding the directors) under the terms of its Share Option Plan.

Furthermore, further to the Company's placing launch announcement released at 7 a.m. today (the "Placing Launch Announcement"), the Company has, conditional upon Admission, today issued options over 227,273 Ordinary Shares to Proposed Director, Anne Martin and over 40,625 Ordinary Shares to Proposed Director, Joseph Tager, exercisable at an exercise price of 55 pence. 25 per cent. of these options will be exercisable each year commencing 30 June 2016.
