VOTING RIGHTS AND CAPITAL
In conformity with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1, Photo-Me International plc ("the Company") hereby notifies the market that at 31 December 2010, the Company's issued share capital consisted of 368,829,099 ordinary 0.5p shares with voting rights. The Company holds 7,505,000 ordinary shares in Treasury.
Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 361,324,099.
The above figure of 361,324,099 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
