VOTING RIGHTS AND CAPITAL

In conformity with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1, Photo-Me International plc ("the Company") hereby notifies the market that at 31 August 2015, the Company's issued share capital consisted of 373,374,778 ordinary 0.5p shares.

Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 373,374,778.

The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
