The following replaces the announcement "PDMR notification" released on 11 May 2021 at 17:21 under RNS No: 2872Y.
The announcement has been amended to reflect that the share purchases made were undertaken by JMG Partners SA, a luxembourg entity, being a person closely associated with Photo-Me's Executive Director, Mr Jean-Marc Janailhac, rather than Mr Janailhac directly. Mr Janilhac remains beneficially interested in the purchased shares and his overall interest in the Company remains as previously stated. The amended announcement is set out as follows:

PDMR notification
Photo-Me, the instant-service equipment group, was notified today that JMG Partners SA, a person closely associated with Mr Jean-Marc Janailhac, a director of Photo-Me, bought 53,000 ordinary shares of 0.5p each ("Ordinary Shares") today at a price of 77.7 pence per Ordinary Share.
As a result of the above transaction, Mr Janailhac and his persons closely associated have an interest of 80,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.021 per cent of the issued share capital of the Company. The total number of voting rights in the Company is 378,011,637.
