The following replaces the announcement "PDMR and PCA notification" released on 19 August 2020 under RNS No: 6104W.
The aforesaid announcement stated that Photo-Me was notified on 19 August 2020 that Tibergest PTE LTD, an entity closely associated with Mr Serge Crasnianski, Chief Executive Officer and Deputy Chairman of Photo-Me, had bought 482,516 ordinary shares of 0.5p each ("Ordinary Shares") on 18 August 2020 at a price of 48.72 pence per Ordinary Share.
This should have stated that Photo-Me was notified on 19 August 2020 that Tibergest PTE LTD, an entity closely associated with Mr Serge Crasnianski, Chief Executive Officer and Deputy Chairman of Photo-Me, had bought 65,000 ordinary shares of 0.5p each ("Ordinary Shares") on 18 August 2020 at a price of 48.17 pence per Ordinary Share.
The announcement also stated, in the Price(s) and volume(s) and Aggregated information sections, that the volume of Ordinary Shares purchased was 482,516 at a price per Ordinary Share of 48.72 pence. This should have stated that the volume of Ordinary Shares purchased was 65,000 and the price per Ordinary Share was 48.17 pence.

PDMR and PCA notification
Photo-Me, the instant-service equipment group, was notified today that Tibergest PTE LTD, an entity closely associated with Mr Serge Crasnianski, Chief Executive Officer and Deputy Chairman of Photo-Me, bought 65,000 ordinary shares of 0.5p each ("Ordinary Shares") on Tuesday at a price of 48.17 pence per Ordinary Share.
Mr Crasnianski is the ultimate beneficial owner of Tibergest PTE LTD, and as a result of the above transaction, Mr Crasnianski and persons closely associated with him have increased their interest to 89,673,217 Ordinary Shares, representing 23.72 per cent of the issued share capital of the Company. The total number of voting rights in the Company is 378,011,637.
