Issue of Equity and PDMR Dealing
Photo‐Me, the instant‐service equipment group, was notified on 18 December 2017, Françoise Coutaz‐Replan, Non‐executive Director, exercised options over 50,000 Ordinary Shares of 0.5p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") under the Company's share option plan at a price of 65.25p per Ordinary Share and subsequently sold 50,000 Ordinary Shares in the market at a price of 179.00p per Ordinary Share (the "Transaction").
The new Ordinary Shares rank pari passu with the Company's existing issued Ordinary Shares and have been admitted to trading on the London Stock Exchange's main market for listed securities under the Company's existing block admission.
Following the Transaction on Francoise Coutaz‐Replan is interested in 200,000 Ordinary Shares of 0.5p each in the Company, representing 0.05 percent of the issued share capital of the Company.
In accordance with the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules, following the Transaction, the Company's issued share capital will consist of 376,990,637 Ordinary Shares of 0.5p each. The Company does not hold any Ordinary Shares in Treasury.
The figure of 376,990,637 Ordinary Shares should be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
