Purchase of shares, Director/PDMR Dealing and Total Voting Rights
Photo‐Me, the instant‐service equipment group, was notified that on 16 December 2016, Serge Crasnianski, chief executive officer and deputy chairman, purchased 1,934,644 ordinary shares of 0.5 pence in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 155.75 pence per Ordinary Share (the "Transaction").
Following the Transaction, Serge Crasnianski is interested in 81,718,094 Ordinary Shares, representing 21.71 percent of the issued share capital of the Company.
The total number of voting rights is 376,404,871.
