Photo-Me International PLC17 October 2007 Wednesday 17 October 2007 PHOTO-ME INTERNATIONAL PLC Chairman's AGM Statement At the start of today's AGM of Photo-Me (PHTM.L), the digital imaging company,the Chairman, David Young, will make the following statement: "Trading is on track to meet the Board's expectations for the year to 30 April2008. In vending, revenues have held up well in each of the major territories ofthe UK & Ireland, France and Japan, following an improved performance in theimportant month of September. In manufacturing, some sales were delayed but,with a recent substantial minilab contract and the scheduled introduction of newwholesale lab technology, this activity is expected to perform more strongly inthe second half. Recruitment of a new Chief Executive Officer is making good progress. The Board expects to announce Photo-Me's results for the half year to 31 October2007 in mid-December 2007. Now that the Vending Division disposal process hasbeen terminated, Photo-Me's interim results will include a significantexceptional charge in relation to professional costs incurred in connection withPhoto-Me's Strategic Review."
