Phoenix Group Holdings plc - Board Change
The Board of Phoenix Group Holdings plc ("Phoenix Group" or "the Group") announces the intention of Ms Wendy Mayall to retire from the Board, having served two 3 year terms and is pleased to confirm that she has agreed to stay until 31 December 2022.
Alastair Barbour, Phoenix Group Interim Chairman, said:
"Wendy leaves the Group with our very best wishes. She has served the Board with considerable diligence and expertise for over six years, supporting the Board to navigate a number of key strategic initiatives, which included the acquisitions of Abbey Life, Standard Life and ReAssure."
