Phoenix Group Holdings plc ("Phoenix Group") - Board Change

Barry O'Dwyer has resigned from the Board of Phoenix Group Holdings plc with effect from 28 June 2019.

 Nick Lyons, Chairman of Phoenix Group, said:

"On behalf of the Board, I would like to thank Barry for his excellent contribution to the Board following the acquisition of the Standard Life Assurance business from Standard Life Aberdeen which completed on 31 August 2018. Barry has been a member of the Phoenix Group Board since September 2018 as one of the two non-executive directors nominated to the Phoenix Group Board by Standard Life Aberdeen under the terms of the Relationship Agreement between the two companies. We wish Barry well in his role as the new Group Chief Executive of Royal London from September 2019."

No loss of office payments have been or will be paid to Mr O'Dwyer.
