Directorate Change

The Company announces that Clive Carver has joined the board as a Non-Executive Director with immediate effect.

After qualifying as a chartered accountant with Coopers & Lybrand in 1986, Mr Carver pursued a career as a corporate financier with Shire Trust, Kleinwort Benson, Price Waterhouse, Williams de Broe and Seymour Pierce, culminating in his role in 2006 as a founding Director and Head of Corporate Finance of finnCap, which he undertook until 2011. Mr Carver is currently Chairman of three quoted companies and a non-executive director of Darwin Strategic Limited and Eco City Vehicles.
