Notice of Results
PROACTIS Holdings PLC (AIM:PHD), the specialist Spend Control software provider, will be announcing its interim results for the six month period to 31 January 2013 on 27 March 2013.
The Directors confirm that current trading is in line with market expectations for the financial year ending 31 July 2013.
In addition, The Board has appointed Redleaf Polhill to act as its financial and corporate PR advisor. The account will be led by Rebecca Sanders-Hewett and supported by Jenny Bahr.
